We work with several Mills in U.S., Guatemala, Mexico and Honduras in performance, synthetics and cotton to become a fully vertical integrated Company and be able to serve the market more quickly and efficiently.
In 2006 we built our own facility in Honduras, Matex de Honduras, our capabilities expand to EDI , label making, patterns, markers, fabric testing’s, etc. In 2008 we added the in-house screen printing facility, Tropical Screen Printing and together with the fabric mills support the capabilities have expanded to vertical operation offering “Store ready” merchandise. This has giving us a great degree of flexibility and has expanded our quick response to market demands.
Our Honduras manufacturing facility is WRAP Gold Certified and in full compliance with the major brands like Nike, VF, Perry Ellis, Macy’s, Kohl’s, JC Penny, Disney, Walmart, etc. We have an ecofriendly environment, drinking water is tested twice a year, environmental test are made every year, mask are mandatory, ladies wear hair pieces, cutters must wear steel gloves and factory complies with all the Honduran Government laws.
In June 2013 we sold the Tropical Screen Printing in Honduras and open a 10,000 sf screen print operation in Miami, Game On Sportswear to serve the domestic market, having the vision of speed to Market, we have 6 new automatic printing machines (2-14 color, 2-12 color, 10 color and 8 color), 2 automatic label machines, Automatic ink mixer, Heat transfer , automatic packing and distribution capabilities.
In December 2014 we kept expanding our capabilities to sublimation Digital Printing, D-Zigners Manufacturers in the US by acquiring the annex warehouse, another 10,000 sf to accommodate 2 large wide format roll to roll sublimation machines, 7 wide format digital printers, 2 wide platen heat presses and a dual plate press for high volume sublimation. In addition, we have in-house graphic design and pattern making.
In 2017 we purchase a 15,000-sf building and move our sales and digital facilities to one location and that way be more efficient and provide better customer service. The new building has climate control print room, employee cafeteria, lots of warehouse storage for wholesale performance blanks L/S, S/S , Tanks and also for distribution and future laser cutting.
Also in November 2017 we purchase an MS high speed digital printer to be able to expand our printing capabilities to accommodate high volume.
